Service Dog Adult

Starting with a free temperament test and evaluation for dogs 9 months and up to 18 months of age. (Not every dog has what it takes to be a working dog and that's okay! We always start with a temperament test to make sure we set everyone up for success.) If the dog is compatible for the desired service we will start a 9 month program training, testing, and proofing the dog. 

Months 1-4 we will meet weekly training obedience, starting task work, and beginning the CGC Test circuit with 2 public outings at the end of month 4.

Months 5-7 we will meet bi-weekly proofing the task work, going on public outings, and completing the CGCU test (the AKC's public access test). 

Months 7-9 we will meet bi-weekly for small group public outings and continuing to proof both task work and obedience if any remedial training is needed.
